5. Payments and deliveries

Our website offers online payment through Paymob and Cash on Delivery (COD). For online payments, Paymob provides payment-processing services. The information exchanged between AOS, WooCommerce and Paymob depends on the checkout configuration and the payment method selected.

Orders may be delivered by authorized AOS delivery staff or external courier companies. We share the information reasonably needed for delivery, such as recipient name, telephone number, delivery address and delivery instructions, with the courier responsible for a shipment.

6. Who may receive or process information

Information may be processed through our website and hosting systems, WooCommerce, Paymob, courier services, business email and messaging services, and analytics and advertising providers. These providers may have their own privacy notices and contractual responsibilities. Depending on a provider's infrastructure, some information may be processed or stored outside Egypt, subject to applicable requirements.

Customer-provided logos, artwork and project files may be held on the website and in AOS business email, staff computers or shared internal storage. Access to these project files is restricted to authorized AOS employees for legitimate work purposes.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, including shopping carts, customer sessions and website operation. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel for website measurement and advertising performance. Depending on their configuration, these technologies may collect online identifiers and information about interactions with our website.

Our website does not currently provide a separate cookie banner offering accept/reject choices for non-essential tracking. You can manage or block some cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking essential cookies may affect website functions. We are reviewing our cookie and tracking controls in light of applicable requirements.

8. Marketing and service communications

We use WhatsApp, SMS and email to respond to enquiries, manage quotations and orders, and provide service updates. We also send promotional messages to existing customer contacts. You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages by replying through the relevant channel or emailing info@artofservice-eg.com . Requests to stop marketing do not prevent communications necessary to handle an active enquiry or order.

We are reviewing our marketing consent practices. Receiving this Privacy Policy does not mean you have agreed to receive promotional communications.

9. How long information is kept

We keep information for purposes such as responding to enquiries, completing orders and projects, providing customer support, keeping transaction and accounting records, and meeting applicable obligations. AOS is developing a formal retention and deletion schedule; a single fixed retention period does not currently apply to every record category. Some records may need to be retained when required or permitted by law, even after an account or deletion request.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information held by AOS, request a correction or deletion, raise a concern, or object to promotional communications, subject to applicable law. Customers also have an account-deletion request option. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the appropriate person and review whether any records must be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons.

11. Protecting information

We seek to restrict access to personal information to personnel who need it for their work. Access to customer project files is restricted to authorized AOS employees. No website, transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you have a concern about the handling of your information.

Our website and communications may use or link to third-party payment, delivery, messaging and social-media services. When you use those services, their own privacy information may also apply.
